Moreover, there are four special topics in modern management in this course, namely, Communication, Decision Making, Management of International Business, and Entrepreneurship. This is a first course in management. Like many other first courses, this course is a survey of basic functions in the subject—management. Many subsequent courses in your major will build on the concepts that you come across in this course.
